Customers were unhappy with Aluminyze’s online shopping experience. Its confusing photo building tool and checkout process frustrated users, causing them to abandon their shopping carts.
First, we performed a heuristic analysis, identifying areas of friction and recommending design solutions. Then, we streamlined the user experience and created a fresh design in line with the new business branding.
